  • Description: Provides pregnancy support, prenatal care, parenting classes, and post-partum home visits to clients. Supports new parents through the stress of child rearing and promotes parent-child bonding. Support services include:
    • Assesses clients' basic household needs
    • Evaluates the development of the newborns
    • Ensures follow through on medical appointments
    • Alternative healthcare including yoga, massage, acupuncture, and doula (birth coach) support
    • Activities to bring new mothers together, form lasting friendships, and build community

    Please note:
    General services are available during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) and disasters.
    These services are still available if a power outage occurs in this facility.
    Also offers emergency services on a drop-in basis to include food, water, clothing, resource information, mental health services and referrals, support services, and linkages to emergency housing within the limits of our resources but only during disasters.
